Government vide G.O.Ms.No.29,School education(Ser.III) Department, dt.22.05.2017, just now released the Norms for Rationalization of Schools.

Rationalization 2016-17 G.O.22,dt.22.5.17 DOWN LOAD

D.A of State Government Employees enhanced from 15.196% to 18.34% w.e.f 01.01.2016

Government of AP vide G.O.Ms.No.16,Finance(H.R.VI)Department, dt.03-02-2017 has enhanced the Dearness Allowance (D.A) of State Government Employees from 15.196% to 18.34% w.e.f 01.01.2016.

The enhanced rate of D.A will be paid in cash from the salary of March 2017 payable in April 2017.

The D.A arrears from January 2016 to February 2017 will be adjusted to the PF accounts in the month of April 2017.

In Case employees who are going to retire before 30.06.2017 the D.A arrears shall be paid in Cash.

In case of CPS employees 10% of arrears will be adjusted to the PRAN accounts and the remaining 90%  shall be paid in Cash and 10% in the month of April 2017.

    for Primary sections in UP Schools
> In respect of Model Primary school and Positive consolidation of schools the
    junior teachers from the less enrolment schools to more enrolment schools 
    shall be identified as surplus. In case a senior is willing to go, he may be 
    transferred.
> Cut off date for Transfers is 31-08-2015
> Cut off date for Rationalization is April 2015

=> For Gr.II Head masters minimum 2yrs, maximum 5yrs
=> Service will be counted as on 1st August,2015
=> For Service points 0.2 each year to all
=> Rationalization points 10
=> The teachers who have availed the preferential category or spouse
         category in the earlier transfer counseling and now shifted under                 rationalization be given the respective benefits / entitlement points                along with the rationalization points
