Ingredients: 3 lbs pork shoulder 2 cups apple cider 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Place pork shoulder into the slow cooker In a bowl, mix together apple cider, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper Pour mixture over the pork shoulder Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until pork is tender and easily shreds with a fork Remove pork from slow cooker and shred using two forks Return shredded pork to the slow cooker and toss with the cooking liquid Serve on buns or over rice
