Vegan Chocolate Truffle Cake



Indulge in the rich flavors of this vegan and gluten-free chocolate truffle cake. Made with wholesome ingredients like almond flour and raw cacao, it's a decadent treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vegan chocolate chips for garnish optional

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, raw cacao powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt

Mix until well combined

Transfer the batter into a greased 8-inch cake pan and spread it evenly

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan before removing and transferring it to a serving plate

If desired, melt some vegan chocolate chips and drizzle them over the cake for garnish

Slice and serve!
